Great service. They diagnosed a engine light issue and fixed. Had a lot of questions regarding the work but they were very patient and took time to answer all my questions. Even when I asked if additional work was needed (based on what I read on the internet), they said they would be happy to perform the work but it was not needed. Very Honest.
Wheel alignment: As scheduled; completed on time, and priced as agreed. What is not to like?
This was my first time taking my car to Honest A1 Auto and I loved the experience. They were very friendly, open about what I was getting with my 60k inspection, and the price was a fraction of what I would have paid at the dealership garage. I will definitely be taking my car here again in the future.
Awesome customer service and ive never had to take my car or truck back for any work they've done. The gentleman at the front desk is very knowledgeable and friendly. I've gone a number of times for a number of different things, even for a pre purchase vehicle inspection. They let me know the truck was in great condition to buy but it needed brakes and recommended i had the dealer either lower the price or change out the brakes. very honest, they live up to their name and im glad my friend recommended this place. thanks guys, keep up the good work and God bless!
I purchased a Groupon for a VIP coupon on 12/30/19. I made an appt for an oil change and took my car in 12/31/19. I was upcharged $40.99 after the service, which I can only assume was labor since the Groupon said the oil changes were free. I honestly have no idea. The mechanic was nice and the service was quick. I have an appt this coming Monday 3/9/20 for a diagnostic for my check engine light being on. The guy I spoke to this morning said it is $148, but my coupon card says 1/2 free. We'll see what happens, and I'll update my review accordingly.

Stopped in to get car checked, due to oil leak. A quick check by the mechanic & they took me to show me the oil leak was coming from the valve cover gasket. They gave me $277.81 quote, of which $55.99 was for the inspection. I scheduled for a Saturday morning appointment. They are very professional & excellent customer service.
