"Service" Fast, quick service

"Friendly and Helpful People" I had an overheating alarm on my car on a Friday (of course). I had a positive experience with Honest-1 before so I gave them a call, fully expecting that I wouldn't be able to get my car in until Monday. They had me bring the car in and it was fixed and ready to go that afternoon. The waiting room is small, but they have maximized the space with TV, Computers, free sodas & coffee, and even a play area for children.

David said he was quoted one hour for turnaround but the service actually took two and a half.

Ivan said the service at the business is good but the oil change took a little longer than expected. He said he had an oil change, his air conditioner repaired and windshield wipers put on his vehicle and it took two hours to complete.

Ryan said he would have liked to know more details about his tire pressure and other items but he did not get any confirmation from them. They also put his parking brake on and he had been driving around like that since he did not know it was on.

Syed said sometimes the business will try to sell him things he does not want.

Greg said everything at this business was good.

Marilyn said this business did not waste her time. They gave a good explanation and fixed her vehicle in a timely manner. The price was reasonable.

Zach said the business provided him with good service and the employees are nice and respectful.
