The Beaverton location is great and has wonderful customer service! I highly recommend this place, especially Shawn! He is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and gives quick and efficient service. I greatly appreciate his honesty and the time he takes to thoroughly explain any problems with my car and how it is fixed. I am so grateful to have a mechanic I can trust, thank you so much Shawn and God bless you and everyone there at Honest-1! :)
Had an 11:30 appointment, outta there by 12:30, and best of all, no high pressure sales!!! Whew!!!

Honest-1 really lives up to its name. When you state what you want to have done with your car, they never try to push other services on you. I was there on Nov. 18 for the 21-point inspection and an oil change. That's all I expected to pay for. They showed me the shape my air filter was in and I opted to pay but they also gave me another coupon to help pay for it. I feel as though I'm in good hands here with my old car.
It’s nice going to professionals. Clean facility, friendly people who are knowledgeable, and fair pricing. A really good experience. We’ll be back!
I want to preface my review with how amazing this location was. I had previous experience at the Gresham location in which if I could give zero stars, I would. I was still under warranty for the work done at the Gresham Honest-1 and the bad taste from that experience made me want to go elsewhere, warranty or not. But I decided to give them another chance and the Beaverton Honest-1 was everything an auto care place should be. They definitely lived up to the name. I called on a Friday about a dead battery that was recently replaced by that other location. They told me that their next appointment wouldn't be until after the weekend but if I didn't mind dropping it off the same day they can look at it if time permitted. They called the very next afternoon stating that they were able to replace the battery and it was ready to go! Amazing! Also I want to note that my battery is under the driver side seat and takes about two hours so no easy feat.
