The Beaverton location is great and has wonderful customer service! I highly recommend this place, especially Shawn! He is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and gives quick and efficient service. I greatly appreciate his honesty and the time he takes to thoroughly explain any problems with my car and how it is fixed. Honest-1 really lives up to its name. When you state what you want to have done with your car, they never try to push other services on you. I was there on Nov. 18 for the 21-point inspection and an oil change. That's all I expected to pay for. They showed me the shape my air filter was in and I opted to pay but they also gave me another coupon to help pay for it. I feel as though I'm in good hands here with my old car.
